I feel like I'm falling out of love with my gf, been dating for 4 months. She's like an 8/10 and we get on well but I just feel like I don't love her like I used to. I look at other girls in the gym etc. and just think like wow they're much more exciting. What is the appropriate action to take?

I have good news, you're not and nor were you ever in love with her. No long term relationship stays exciting like in the beginning. There is nothing wrong with your relationship and this is normal. You have to push past this if you want a real relationship and then you might learn what love is.
If you want to break up then break up, there's nothing wrong with preferring to go from woman to woman (as long as you're honest with them about it)
