I've been thinking about meeting half way with the whole no fap thing and just going for no porn and just cracking one out if I'm pent up. Mainly because I've noticed my blood flow isn't that great lately. Though what's the policy on fapping to your girlfriend's nudes and videos? Does that count as porn? We don't see eachother all the time because of jobs and distance but we're both strictly monogamous so we usually get off through sexting if its gonna be more than a few weeks.

If you want to do nofap for conventional reasons, ie sensitivity restore; dopamine reset, etc, then no, don't fap even if 'pent up'. One of the objectives is to develop discipline.

If it's just to stay faithful to your girl, then go ahead and fap to pics/vids of her.
Though keep in mind that you may possible fall down a slippery slope into actual porn. That's what happens to me every time i start fapping 'just using my imagination', etc.

It takes dedication to not fap to porn. I fap only when needed and never with porn. Nofap is a little memey imo.
