Anyone worked phone support before? It's about the only IT job I can get right now, but I guess you need to start somewhere. The company I'm looking at does wireless networking for apartments, so it would be support for that. Apparently they offer a lot of opportunities to work up quickly, so I could potentially become an installer. Phone support isn't my first choice in a job, but I don't think it would be terrible.

Lol, it will be terrible, because of people like me.

You're going to be dealing with a lot of frustrated people but it can't be too hard a job if they're outsourcing it to people who can hardly speak English fine.
Hi op,
Don't listen to these fucks. I'm working as IT support now and barely have any retarded customers. Maybe once every two weeks.
I'm supporting globally, so your problem will be india, Sri Lanka because of language barrier or any asians that live in Europe because they're cunts who think they're one step higher than everyone just because they live there. Also fuck singaporeans.
Other than that no, U.K. And Americans are generally nice people. Some cunts as well but its really rare. They call in, i repair their pc remotely, and fuckoff.
