My anxiety is killing me,its making feel like shit, it has gone to the point where if im in public and people stare at me (especially girls) my leg and head starts to vibrate or shake idk how to describe it, sometimes i even forget how to walk, if this doesnt stop im seriously considering suicide.Can someone please help.

Thanks for the advice anon but therapists in my country dont give a shit about the patient and cost shit loads of money and i just cant afford it, my mom used to go to a therapist for her depression he only used to give her sleeping pills without even listening to what she has to say, thinking it would calm her down it only made it worse. Therapists here suck.

Cognitive behavioural therapy. No pills involved, few sessions. There are probably online guides you can try yourself.
