My friend wants me to go to some concerts tonight he's got tickets for, but I didn't even know of the concert and really don't feel like going out, how do I tell him off? I told him I don't feel like already but he's really hyped. Always when we go out all we do is get really drunk and I really don't feel like it. But I don't want to just not respond to the call.

tell your friend how you feel. Mention the drinking and how you're not ok with it. Support your friend if you think their drinking is troublesome.
