The reason I don't want to beat him is that I don't want to risk - I'm leaving for a foreign university soon and if something went wrong, this would fuck everything up. Plus I really don't want to have a criminal record.

Sadly this happened one month ago at his place, so there is close to no chance of proving it. I'm not going to push her down this way - it would definitely damage his reputation, but poor girl would probably take it even worse.
