What I do, and seems to be semi-working for me:
-exclusively fap to 2D, never allow myself to look at porn of real people, or sexy pics/videos of real girls.
-every time I see a seemingly attractive female in real life, I look away and remind myself that this shit isn't for me, and that 2D is better.
Been doing it for years and looking away every time I cross paths with a 3DPD is basically a natual reaction by now.

You can't because 2D is limited in its actions and story. Even if you go into doujin/fanmade territory there's only so and long people are willing to go places with 2D and what they create takes far less time to experience than to create it.

In comparison 3D women aren't restrained and you don't need to jump around in order to have "new content" with them. Granted, sometimes you have to wait for that "new content" but never in large bursts.
There's also the position that 3D can actually SUPPORT you meanwhile 2D can o nly give sweet whispers but I won't really go into that.
