I had a month long agreement with a therapist, I'm trying to get therapy and my appointment was set

Two days before my appt with the therapist, my boss says there's a local meeting going on and if I can make it

I didn't respond and didn't show up since I had to go to therapy, I told him I had another thing to go to and couldn't make it

He hasn't said anything yet, so I'm good so far

The problem is I can't tell him I'm in therapy, and this is confidential
