yes I did last monday night actually . apparently it means you are overtired which makes sense as all I did all day was play vidya and go on the internet which is not like me , usually I tire myself out during the day . I was reading about fucked up shit on the internet as well (concentration camps and wars and stuff)

I clearly recall the feelings I had about my life being total shit and if I was asked then if I could magically make myself not exist at all ever I'd probably say yes but if I was asked today i'd probably say no , thats life its all ups and downs and without the down parts then the up parts would not be special

OP here, I actually feel a little better after playing Splatoon 2 for a couple of hours. Pretty much the only game that does it for me. I should actually play more video games instead of wasting time on 4chan...

When it gets really bad I usually go for a long walk. That may not work for everybody.

Anyway I hope I never have to go through a dozen nightmares in a single night again. I usually don't even remember my dreams but that was something else. Like my brain randomly decided to make me feel all kinds of pain to see what would happen.
