How do I get my testosterone up in such a way that my body won't adjust and start making even less of it?
Working out and nofap.
Most people will shit on me for saying this but testosterone is created within you so you can probably will it out by meditating (theoretically).
So you'd like to wear your own greatness? Good, this is where it begins nigga. But you gotta be patient - this will take anywhere from two months to a year. It all starts with self-imposed discipline being the core value.
Let's begin:
+ Buy a quality water distillation unit and use it daily
+ Do this whilst researching/attempting intermittent/prolonged fasting
+ Consume a quality source of iodine at least once per week. This is just what the thyroid requires to process testosterone. (Some sources include: seaweed, pink himalayan salt, certain supplements and REAL FOODS)
+ Eliminate ALL of the following from the diet: sugar; gluten; modified foods; proccessed foods; puffed up foods; milk. These all put a great strain on the immune system (ultimately lowering that T)
+ Eat REAL, ORGANIC food. You may have to search hard for a source but it's very worthwhile
+ Always check the labels nigga, if you grandma couldn't tell you what it is don't shove it in your mouth
+ No large meals after evening, this will slow the natural human growth hormone production in the body
+ Lift weights (for maximum benefit, do this later in the day)
+ Consume Raw Apple Cider Vinegar regularly as this has a strong akalising effect on the body ultimately giving your immune system a lighter load to deal with
These are a few of the things that have helped me significantly. Most importantly of all - do your own research and stay absolutely committed to yourself. Realise that fitness and health, although closely tied, are not the same.
Best of luck!

How true is this? I'm certainly willing to give it a shot if it's actually true.
