how do i fix my sleep schedule?
i wake up at 5pm and go to sleep at 5-6 am

This may work if you are still young and can handle no sleep at all. If you are older like me then its easier to do it in small steps. Just force yourself to stay awake 2-3 hours later every day until you are eventually waking up when you want to.

Take a nap at 5 AM. Sleep till 9 AM.
Then stay up till 9 PM.
In the mean time, keep yourself active - go out for a walk, take a cold shower, clean up your bedroom, change your sheets. Never stop working.
