I think it's a matter of morals, or course if the regular shit gets boring, you might try to change it up with something unique or different, but usually I just end up back at the regular shit anyway. Some people might take it to that extreme, but I don't think such a habit directly leads a person to do something so disgusting.

Been addicted to porn on and off for 10 years. Never looked at CP (intentfully, anyway). Have no inclination to - no matter how boring standard shit gets (and it does get boring).

I get the feeling this kind of slippery slope idea is something like the argument that people will eventually become violent if they play violent video games - which has been extremely proven wrong at this point.

That said, intuition tells me that rates of radicalization with porn *will* be higher, because of the nature of porn and the psychological mechanic of 'the taboo' in humans, among other things.
