anyways you're clearly friend zone, but for your own good you need to do the following:
Tell her you want her to be with you because you love her. When she tells you that she doesn't feel the same way, you need to tell her that you cant be friends anymore because its too hard to just be friends when you feel the way you do.
Then you do not under any circumstances talk to her at all in any way for the next three months unless she changes her mind. By the end of three months you will either have gotten her, or moved on with your life.

Forgot to mention that I wasn't single when she was with the second guy. My gf at the time got on to my fb and blocked this girl because she knew about it. That also probably has to do with me not knowing about her relationship status.

Well you can message her just to connect with an old friend.
But if you're looking to advance a romantic relationship don't bother. The chances of her changing colleges or even trying a ldr and moving together after college is essentially 0.
The only conceivable way I could see a relationship budding between the two of you is if you both graduate and by chance moved to the same area. Met each other and sparks fly
But the chances of that happening is so slim because you've spent so much time with her before and jack shit happened.
