How do you make the weekend as restful and relaxing as possible so you're ready and refreshed to come back to work?
It seems like at the end of every weekend I'm in a panic about how I did too much and time flew by, and I feel terribly exhausted and stressed (even sick to my stomach). I always seem to get dragged out to do something, and while I want to keep my social life, I'm so sick of feeling like life is this whirlwind. That's not even taking into account chores and things like that.
Any tips for maxing out relaxation and making the weekends feel long?
It sounds like what you really need is to just sleep your entire week off - like eat a shit ton of food and sleep. On the weekends don't drink any coffee or caffeine, just don't do very much. Maybe watch TV or movies or something, but don't do anything that requires physical activity or else you won't be able to keep up with your weekly activities.
