Looks very 90s. I wouldn't go with it.

Now that you mention it, it is very 90s. Any way that I can modernize it a bit? Maybe trim it and clean it up but keep the overall look and aesthetic?

Also, question about eyebrows. My resting face makes me look angry I find. People say I just look angry. I think it has to do with my eyebrows, not sure what to do
