Calling out to all the med fags I need some advice

About 2 months ago I noticed a small red bump on my knee and didn't think anything of it. The next few days it progressed from one to three then a little more and began to itch. The itch turned into stinging and subsided after a few more days. Now the bumps had turned into what looked like a ringworm except it wasn't an exact circle of redness just weird shaped.

After the redness turns to normal skin tone after a few days it then gets white and ashy as if it's dead skin. This cycle happens every 7 days of redness then normal then ash then bumps appear once again.

Any idea what this is? Cortisone cream and excesma cream doesn't help and a side note is that red bumps appear the day after I drink red wine.

Still appear even when I don't drink but it's almost a guaranteed thing to happen

Also I've never been known to be allergic to anything

Can't wait for fucking americans to get first world socialized health care so they stop posting their stupid cancer here.

I'll never have health care because if I don't want it, I shouldn't be required to have it. Just like Obamacare. I refused to pay into it and I just don't go to the doctor because fuck doctors.
>>
So no one has any ideas what it is?
