Can pain under the right rib cage be anything other than a liver problem? I've been drinking kava (a relaxing herbal drink) for about 3 years now, I notice some mild pain in that area. Its known to cause liver problems, but I dont have any other liver symptoms. Could it be something else, like acid reflux?

How long has the pain been going on for? Is it intermittent or constant?

when did you last poop? go to your doctor and be honest with them about the kava and any other drugs/herbal supplements. they have liver enzyme tests.
