When I woke up this morning, I started feeling incredibly worried abt work, a girl who left me on read even though we talked and went on a date before, my peers, my stupid boss, my nosy family, the fact that if I punch anything I'll be viewed as a pussy who cant deal with his own problems, my schoolwork, and my own self-hatred and bipolar disorder, and I just literally started twitching up and pulling out my hair, while also having bad thoughts about myself and people around me, and just having seizure like spastic motions accompanied by a mild headache and on the verge of tears. What does this all mean?

I'm a college student. I don't have any money to get psychological help and I won't ask my parents for a loan as I am hellbent on proving to them that I can be successful without them as they came from poor families and succeeded at the American Dream, even if they had me in their early/mid 20s.

Most therapists have plans depending on your income. You should never have to take out a loan to get physiological help cause it's completely unnessesary
