How do I keep a friend group from splitting up?
I have a group of friends who talks on skype and plays video games together, its primarily 4 sometimes 6 but now the whole group seems to be splitting up for the most part.
I don't know how to keep everyone from breaking off, one friend works all the time, but the time he has he doesn't seem to want to hang out unless prompted, the other friend is a fucking ghost, who when he does show up never seems to want to be in the chats. How do I keep the band from breaking up? I get a trickle of rumors from others in the group and mutual friends, but I don't know how it can be used to help.

but the remaining one dude and I don't have as much fun when its just us. I heard the guy who works all the time can be coaxed by just messaging him, but the 4th guy just doesn't seem to want to be around anyone, hes turned really hostile, pops in for 2 minutes then mutes us or just leaves,
