I look at just about everything as a chore (a burden to do). Work is a chore, going to the gym is a chore, talking with family is a chore, groceries and laundry and health insurance and taxes and just infinite bullshit to do everywhere you turn, none of it appealing.

How can I change my perspective?

That IS 100% the right perspectives tho. It means you need a different job maybe but eventually all feel like chores.
