He got rid of it luckily - hope you don't really need it

If I decided to kms I wouldnt od though
Just induce heroin addiction and sooner or later it will happen, and you get some years of happiness
Much better than just taking your life by jumping from a building or whatever

That will mean you have to cause trauma to unwitting people like the train conductor or bystanders where your body will drop from the top of a building as opposed to just dying in your lonesome. Sure someone will eventualyl discover your body but at least they aren't there to witness another person in the process of dying.

EXCEPT- a couple of notes. Heroin varies dramatically in potency so overdosing with certainty that you will die is hard to do unless you're willing to buy half an ounce (800 to 1400 dollars). As a non-user, you're also likely to get ripped off with a weak bag or some shit that's not even heroin. What you want is hydromorphone or hydrocodone so that you can calculate the dose per kg/bodyweight. DO NOT get one of the tabs with tylenol or another NSAID in it. If by some godawful chance you're found and given Narcan or have obscenely high natural tolerance and live (a very small fraction of a percent of the population needs 10x times the lethal dose to die, as they process it quickly) then your liver will be shot for life. This will be excruciating. You need to use this https://www.nhms.org/sites/default/files/Pdfs/Opioid-Comparison-Chart-Prescriber-Letter-2012.pdf double check the stamp on the pill (dont trust the dealer) make sure it is what they say it is BEFORE you buy it, and look up the LD50 for rats for the drug you get. Then, you calculate your LD50 based on weight, and triple that number.

That said, you can spend your whole life taking out the garbage two ways. The first is to walk outside, thinking of what you must do next, with your brow scrunched up, completely lost in thought. You might feel a burr under your foot and go OUCH, then return inwards to an array of worries or a bombardment of thoughts. on a side note, don't kill yourself OP, I'm absolutely sure that you don't have a good enough reason. Depression is temporary, money troubles, trauma, basically everything that sucks about life.
