Now apparently I have a 45 year old nemesis with the mentality of a high school bully who goes out of his way to give me shit whenever he sees me.

This bullshit from the customer is outright bullying and I have no idea how to deal with this asshole who gets in my face, puts his hand on my shoulder, and looks like he wants to stalk me and wear my damn face. Any advice?

get managers to tell him to BTFO. i work in loss prevention for a major store and customers have told to me fuck off and verbally threatened me, if i dont arrest them and give them a ban myself our managers are allowed to ban them. if they trespass after a ban i can legally arrest them. just tell your managers

I have told two managers about the incident. Our new GM and the other manager, the guy who sent me to contact hackerman twice in a row in the first place. That incident which started this was prior to today's physical encounter.
I'm thinking about telling the other AP guys and anyone else who will listen at customer service so this douche doesn't stalk my ass to get his kicks.

We are a small store in new mexico that deals with customers we can't afford to lose. I imagine leadership is hesitant about us getting any more bad rep for our customer service.
