OP, sometimes sex is a bit meh no matter what you do. People have bad days. In most cases, faking an orgasm does nothing but harm yourself (how are you gonna get good sex if you don't say when it's bad?), but sometimes you know the sex is fine and you just can't bring yourself to orgasm. Women can have more trouble orgasming every single time. If it's a trend, then sure, worry about it and TALK TO HER, but jesus, one single time is fine.
