I always feel fatigued (not light headed) upon standing, the only time I feel decent is when I'm lying down on my back. I can never stand up straight because it causes more fatigue. What's wrong, what could be causing this? The last time I went to get a physical was half a year ago, my doctor said I was completely healthy.

Go to doctor anyway. This is not normal and quite likely a symptom of something serious. Demand proper tests and explain exactly what's wrong with you.

Which tests should I demand? They've already given tests they consider to be proper.

I should clarify that the last time I brought this up all they told me was that I was severely dehydrated, despite the fact that I drink almost 2L of water a day.

2 liters is nothing, I do 1 gallon just in the morning alone, eat well and stick with drinking more water
