Should I try and get a hotter girl? Im socially awkward, but

If you think like this you should break up with her, I wouldn't want to be with somebody who didn't feel sexually fulfilled by me. And to learn that was the case after being with them unaware for a long time would suck even more

Honestly the best course of action, for both of you, would be to break up. But for god's sake do not tell her that its because you want a hotter girlfriend. That'll destroy her and probaby ruin her chances for romance in the future. Since she's your gf you'll have to figure out the best way to do it.

I live with her though, and honestly if it wasn't for her being fat I would marry her this second. I know it sounds shallow, but its how I feel.

Yes, she wants to.

So far she just doesn't have the drive to stick with it. She eats healthy for a week just to down a gallon of ice cream once she gets her period.

If your girl didn't have drive to be better for you. We have to question if she's staying with you out of habit or genuinely care about you. Vice versa on the man's part.

If you're feeling like that you both should reconsider each other, take action and stick on it to better yourself, demand but don't force her to do the same. If she follows good, if she don't things will work out itself eventually.

maybe start doing grocery shopping yourself and make sure there's nothing unhealthy? i wouldn't break up with her. you are living together and you're not getting any younger. you sound like you have a good girl, but you need to be hard on her. everytime she tries to grab something fatty or so, try and replace it with something else. like tell her you want a bj or something.
go do something fun together like grab her to dance or something, so she slowly get used to moving/ exercising more and doesn't see it as a hassle.
what are your eating/ sports habits?
(i also know people that got fat solely by using too much butter, might help?)

This is decent advice, but I doubt it will work no matter how hard OP tries. If someone is going to lose weight and keep it off in the long run, they have to want it for themself.

OP if your gf can't dedicate herself to losing weight without your help, it's not likely to ever happen at all.

If you're not sexually satisfied by your gf, then that's a perfectly good reason to end things. It may seem shallow, but a healthy sex life is just as big a part of a healthy relationship as anything else. Don't settle for someone who is subpar just because you feel bad about wanting a more attractive partner.
