I had a dream about my ex last night. The only time I ever have dreams about people is when I've done fucked up and it's about to bite me in the ass. I want to message her and ask if she's ok, but would that be weird? We haven't spoken since we broke up (about 2 months ago). Should I just do it?

I get very paranoid when I have dreams like that, like about people and stuff, because that's normally how my brain tells me "hey you really fucked this thing up, and you're about to feel large amounts of regret."
