Need help lads
>Mom and step dad broke up after 10 years
>He's mentally ill and treats everyone like shit
>Gets angry over his obsessions and hobbies
>Was being abusive to my entire family the other day
>Gave him 3 chances to chill before I got angry
>Ended up getting so worked I was ready to destroy him and frothing at the mouth as I was shouting
>Had to be held back
>Found out that he had been physically abusive to my mom and she was too scared to say all these years
>Police were called to escort him away
>He's coming back today to get his stuff
>I don't live with them (24) but I'm going to supervise and make sure he doesn't start shit
>My siblings are young
>He's short, 5'3" and was in prison (we didn't know) before and did a few cycles of roids once
>He was muscular but now strong fat
>I'm 6'3" and just escaping skinnyfat into ottermode
What is the best way to take him down in a fight if it comes to it?
Should I go for jabs cause of my range?
I feel like the hatred I have towards him will help. I've never been in a fight before but the adrenaline took over me when we came close.
>but the adrenaline took over me when we came close.
There ya go OP. Just get so full of rage and adrenaline that it won't hurt should it come to that.

Based adrenaline.
Is that all there is to it? I haven't had a fight in 8 years since school

And in exactly what way are you any better than him?

The best way is to not engage. Remember, you need two idiots to escallate conflict to that point.

Just stand there, watch him and be alpha. No point getting on his level unless you want more trouble bro.
If it comes down the physically fighting you should abuse the length of your legs to keep him at bay. Wear your heaviest footwear. Good luck OP
OP here
I got the call to say he was coming and he was there already. Refusing to leave the house. Called the police. For once they arrived on time.
He'll be back I'm sure.
