Whats the minimum movement required daily if you just wanna stay in bed every day?
Food and drink, piss bottle, shit bag and rag, and clean fap socks all within arm's reach eliminates virtually all movement. If you want entertainment keep your phone, laptop, video game controllers, etc plugged in near your bed as well. You'll go diabetic, probably getting bedsores, and your hygiene will be abysmal but you won't be moving much

When i had to spend about half a year bedridden during the first 3-4 i couldn't even turn on my side too safely.
They did put me on a special air mattress that changed shaped regularly to avoid bed sores (by inflating and deflating different parts i'd assume). They told that was the standard for patients who can't move so if you're just worried about bed sores you don't really need to do much.
About the rest, well, the more the better. I think the next most common issue is thrombosis in your legs (rest of the body is not exempt ofc, but more rare), exercise them, get anticoagulants and/or compression stockings.
Pretty much everything goes to shit if you really don't move at all, the list of illnesses that are much more likely to hit you is probably insane to go through.
Curious about why would you stay like that desu

Thanks for this helpful reply and it's just being sad, only getting up to eat or exercise.
But I stayed this way for a week and noticed spider veins developing on my foot so I see the necessity to move.
You just go outside and turn your life around, anon.

Yeah that's definitely not good, moving them is necessary. Exercising a bit should also make you feel a little better; i don't mean by going to gym ofc, given the kind of place that it usually is i'd assume that it'd end up making you feel way worse, just something that you can do right away in your room and you're comfortable with.
If you really don't feel like it then keeping your legs up the wall is the next best thing. Get well anon
