Hey all.
I used to be able to go days without sleep but for the past few weeks I can't even go 10 hours without falling asleep. Anyone know what's up with that? My diet and physical activities haven't changed nor do I take any drugs or anything like that nor do I consume a lot of caffeine. Any advice or clue on why this is happening? Can't go to the doctor because I can't really afford it at the moment. So asking here and doing some other online searching. Also I when I sleep I usually sleep for 5-7 hours only to sleep for another 7 or so 10 hours later. Sorry if this doesn't make sense, kinda drowsy atm

Dunno if this is important or not but back when I used to be able to stay up for days at a time I would only sleep for 4 hours at a time
Idk I'm thinking maybe all that sleep loss is catching up to me or something
