I'm going on a date tomorrow. I've known her for over 9 years, and I kinda like her. The problem is I don't feel the least bit motivated (she's not the problem and I'm not a homosexual, I'm like this in general), and I have 0 experience. I have been on two other dates which have yielded nothing. I don't want to fuck this up. I'm not worried about the start of the date and talking to her, I'm terrified of the point leading up to being alone with her and making a move to kiss her, plus what I'll do afterwards. Any tips appreciated (besides the usual 'be yourself bullshit'). Thanks in advance.

Maybe try controlling the situation so that when it comes up to being alone with her you're in a comfortable position. E.g. Sitting on the couch with your arm around her and the lights off while you watch that cool movie you were talking about earlier on in the day.
