i'm pregnant and almost blacked out a few mins ago. i immediately lay down, so it got better again.
do i have to inform my obgyn or is this neglectable?

I would mention it just to be safe, but honestly I've heard pregnant women are just more prone to fainting. At least in early pregnancy. I know I had it but I wasn't eating properly due to nausea and vomiting. My grandmother told me she had fainting spells when she was pregnant as well.

I've never been pregnant but I went through a couple of fainting spells once where I overheated, threw up, and then blacked out.
First thing my doctor asked of course was if there was any possibility if I were pregnant and I told her "Well unless I'm the virgin Mary absolutely not. I've never even been touched down there."
Never could figure out what was causing the problem though, but she said if I were pregnant or 40 years older and having a heat flash it would make perfect sense lol. So I guess these things are a little common in pregnancy.
