How does one get better BO?
Some guys smell really good naturally, others smell super bad.
Im guessing it's diet.
What food gives a better body smell? What gives bad body smell?
It's genetics and diet, but also subjective.
There was a study where they found that men who ate a lot of vegetables had better BO as judged by women.
Onion and garlic will make your BO smell oniony and garlicy so avoid (unless that's your thing)
Another important point: we're attracted to smells that are very different to our own because it indicates that the person has a different immune system. You want to breed with someone with a very different immune system because it's kind of like the equivalent of giving your children a larger "arsenal" to inherit, if that makes sense. The point is, there's no universal "nice" body odor, it depends on your immune system.
Shower daily and use deodorant.

This one is correct, but some things will make you smell less pleasant. Smoking is an obvious factor but a lot of alcohol, red meat and spicy food can also make especially your bodily fluids bitter. Keeping yourself well hydrated makes the smell of your sweat etc milder.
My body odor has changed quite a bit as I've aged over the years. It used to be a very nice musky, but not overly strong scent. Now it's a bit more... sharp, and not quite as deep was it was. If you wondering why I even know this by the way, it's because I buy deodorant and cologne to accent my own natural scent.
Diet hasn't really changed, but stress levels went through the roof, and my activity decreased quite a bit. It only really became sharp and unpleasant after the stress, though. I'm pretty sure working out and that is what made it so musky and deep.
