How do I stop feeling so anxious about doing simple things?

I have to call a financial aid office of a school cause they've put 3 holds on my account, but I'm not even enrolled there. I know that I'm completely in the right on this, but I start getting anxious about them not being able to solve my problem and me not being able to go to the school that I am enrolled in cause my financial aid wont work or something like that. Ive been having to do this for a while but I was always too anxious to pick up the phone. I'm 2 weeks from my semester starting now though and I really need to get this done. I'm planning on doing it tomorrow but idk if I actually will

The trick to stop being anxious

is to take psychiatric drugs daily,

because the world isn't going to become less stressful any time soon.
