How do you get over an ex?
It's been a week and im still randomly crying. I sometimes feel completely fine and other days horrible.
We spent every day together for a year and became really good friends as well as partners, which is what makes this so hard. Someone I could come home to and laugh and talk about stupid shit with for hours. I just don't know what to do with myself right now. I try and surround myself with friends and talk to them in discord but as soon as I have no body around I instantly think of her.
I have so many questions I want to ask her. I already begged for her back and since then cut contact.
I feel like im breaking down day by day and she isn't even phased by this at all. She cried for 15 seconds when we broke up and that's it.

Give it some years and it will become tolerable.
In the meantime, you can overcompensate by being promiscuous
and by shutting out all memories of her out of your mind.
Calling her names also helps,
but what helps the most is to develop a grudge against women,
because if you never get attached to them then they can't hurt you again.
