My bed smells absolutely horrible and the smell attaches itself to me. How do I thoroughly clean my bed. I heard baking soda could help but I'm not sure if it's enough.

Baking soda absorbs odor. What you really want to do is kill bacteria. Wash everything that can be washed with hot water & a bit of bleach, and then spray the mattress with a lot of Lysol.

Can I find bleach in a local store or do I need to go to a bigger store? And is the disinfectant really necessary?
