Why dont I have motivation to work out? I always wanted to bulid muscle and be ripped. David Laid is my inspirationals. But to get that big I need to start off small. I hardy know things about protein just that its meat. So how do I get motivated to do it? also
is 2 cans of tuna good enough for me to work out? like is that enough protein or what?

You need a combination of protein, carbs and fats to gain muscle and size. You also need to increase your intake of food.
Also, wash yourself after eating tuna, please.

Tuna has high levels of mercury in it. I wouldnt recommend eating more than 1 can per week.

Motivation is good to start but then you have to use it to build discipline. When motivation ends you will fail without discipline.
