Ok, I don't know much about writing erotica but let's take this from a business perspective. At first, you've gotta get yourself out there - free examples of your work on a heavily-trafficked platform. I don't know if you've already done that, but it's worth mentioning. You've got to build a reputation for something before you start charging for it. From there, you're going to want to keep an audience hooked in - if you lock all your work behind a paywall, people might lose interest. You've got to hook them into having a story commissioned and make sure you're getting otherwise-lost sales. Patreon is alright for that kind of stuff, just make sure your reward tiers aren't outrageous. I'd say $2 for a general library of your work, and something like $10 one-time for a lengthy commission.

I've got a place in mind and I just started on my first story today.

I was thinking something similar. I might just look at what other author's are doing and do something similar.

Set out some works that are for multitudes-no pay

Premium stories-more graphic and detail make them a small time fee for singles or even better do a set at a reasonable price

Commissions-tailored to the requestor, start reasonable, be flexible my artist I commission usually does pretty decent stuff even just for games so it's not always money

Once you reach a pretty good following, keep your roots just up the price a dollar or two and go up based on community
