Need any advice or help on what I can say for next week. I dont want anyone finding out and my boss never keeps secrets (he let it slip a coworker was away one day because he had issues with his visa but when I asked the coworker he said it was just a holiday to visit family). My coworker has already asked if theres anything wrong with me because of my frequent absences. What can I do?

Go see a different therapist? What do you expect to happen? Your therapist is clearly booked and has no interest or no ability to be flexible and you need better times.

That or stop seeing them for a while and try to book months ahead and see if you can get what you want then.

Or don't be a bitch and learn to confront your problems on your own. I guess I might understand if you got gangraped by your immediate family when young or something.
