My refrigerator is essentially broken. The fan/condenser is still running, but the fridge is slightly cooler than room temp, and the freezer is about as cold as the fridge used to/should be; slightly above freezing.
I've already contacted the property manager, they're sending out a repairman tomorrow. The only issue is that I have a bit of raw beef and pork in the freezer; before it "thawed," they were pretty damned frozen. Now, they've thawed, and are really just refrigerated.
How soon will they go bad? They're soft to the touch now, but still "cold;" again, as if they've been stored in the fridge instead.

More than 4 hours above 5° C is unsafe.

It's fine, and it'll be fine for a few days at fridge temp. Look into cooking and eating a bit more meat than usual over the next little while- it's not good to try and re-freeze.
Also: meat can be pretty damn awful yet be perfectly edible (and sometimes even more delicious,) when cooked thoroughly.
option 1) get a cooler with ice and put meat in the cooler
option 2) cook and salt the meat and put it in the 'freezer'
option 3) kill yourself
Ideally you'd just go to your local store and get 4-5 bags of ice at $1 each and toss those in the freezer with the meats, should be ok
