Hello, First time in this thread.
Long story short I need to early terminate a lease of a rental that I started in Chicago due to a new job.
Story: I got this job in Chicago on March this year, moved there on June, started a rent, furnished the place and everything. now my company wants me to move to Dallas, but they arent willing to pay for the buyout fees, I been looking to sublease it but I cant find a new tenant, I started a new rent in Dallas, and I could barely pay September but nothing after that anymore cause Im paying for another rent in Dallas.
I tried asking the Landlord for any other options, and they arent willing to do anything, I said Im willing to leave the studio furnished so it can be rented for a higher price or pay September so they can look for a new tenant, I been trying to do this 2 months ago, with no answer or anything from the Landlord. finally I find a possible tenant he applies and everything but gets rejected, I went to the HQ asked if I can do anything else and they say no, pay buyout or find someone else.
What can I do?
