Hi /adv/

Me and my gf have been together around 3 yrs. We almost broke up due to her untreated depression getting so bad. After she went on the medication for it a year ago, she gained 50% of her weight and is borderline obese now. There aren't any signs of her wanting to lose weight and I'm not attracted to her. I'm also in my early 20s and hormones are going wild. What do I do? First and only sexual relationship ever, btw.
