Don't try and keep up. Bipolar people fling through moods and we go batshit in either direction on the spectrum, but if you roll with the punches we will see you as a strong person while we forget our freakout a week later.

Its maddening, but stop thinking either his despressed states or manic states actually fucking mean anything. Bipolars are all over the fucking place, but none of it matters any more than your ups and downs, people jsut get intimidated by the intesity of some of the manic moments or really depressed moments,. Often, most of the pain and suffereing from Bipolar- either the sufferer or their family, comes from people believing that someone with Bipolar needs some sort of special treatment.
