My HS has a technology center and I'm going to be taking the wielding class there. It's a great program, and they help students find jobs and colleges almost immediately after graduation. Last year I attended a class for a day with a group that will be in the class this school year. I'm excited for the class, but also really nervous, because I'm the only girl that will be there. I'm not even remotely butch either, so I'm worried about sticking out like a sore thumb. I've always had mainly girl friends, and a lot of the boys at my school are either rednecks, gangsters, or "beat me up and my daddy will sue you" kinda guys (very diverse area, I guess). I've always been quirky and timid, so I don't know how well I'll do in this class. Any advice on how I can do well with my class bros?
