How to date a rocker / emo girl?
I need a tutorial.
I will do EVERYTHING in the tutorial, just do something right and I promise to follow. And I will relate the experience here.
Go to where they are and ask them out. Otherwise your question is how to date girls in general, in which case I'll have to escalate the ticket.

Step 1: Dress in a similar manner.
Step 2: Go places they go.
Step 3: Ask them out.
Do girls keep this style after 18? Otherwise Idk why you want to date a sub 18 unless you are under 18 too, but this site is 18+ so I'd assume you are 18+.
I wish I had advice. All I know is that they all like the same bands. If they like one they like the rest. This stereotype is real. Or at least it was 2 or 3 years ago, I haven't talked to any emo girl after that. The bands were Sleeping with Sirens, Pierce The Veil, Asking Alexandria, Black Veil Brides, Suicide Silence, Paramore, etc. Learn the acronyms btw (PTV, BVB, etc.). Like these bands.
That's all I know, I never dated an emo girl of course. Also I learned that they are often grumpy and serious and don't tolerate arguing. They get mad easily. Even complimenting them is hard (I like to compliment people in general and it was hard to get emo girls to take things the wrong way).
Like I said I noticed they all have pretty much the same stereotypical personality, they aren't terribly unique, like their style takes away their uniqueness as a person.
Anyway, good luck.

to NOT take things the wrong way, typo.
I'd agree with the other anon but maybe don't go full emo, try to keep a bit of your own style imo as long as it fits with theirs. Don't look like a poser (though many "emo" girls are probably posers themselves). Again I'm no expert though.
Go to where they live, dress more fashionable then them, and have a good collection of undisovcered music in your arsinal. They will droll over you. Go to indie shows, act like a big kid because they love that "freedom, young, love, music" vibes. Be open and honest, and vulnerable, because that's how they always feel, so when they see that they'll seek after you to know more.

Ok, and where are they going?
And how do I draw subject with them?
