Lawyers of /adv/ plz help:
If a food product has proprietary ingredients, is it required by law to list them on the label?
I only ask because I can't figure out what's in this shit https://shop.thecuriouscreamery.com/
They only tell you what's not in it. Is that even legal?

Go to Walmart's website. They sell the shit there and all the labeling is up.

I don't see the ingredients

It's not a food. It's an additive, or premix.
Legally, they don't have to label it, because it's not an end food product. It isn't meant to be eaten out of the bag.
If you are worried about a food allergen, drop the company an email and ask.

The laws on food ingredient labeling are very complicated, full of loopholes, and designed for the convenience of the manufacturers.
For example, a whole list of things itemized in the laws can just be called "natural flavoring" on the label. Look, for example, on the Coca Cola label.
(Actually that usually means apple juice, the cheapest additive to a lot of foods and drinks)

read the book "swallow this" by some british female cunt. Has all the answers you need and moar.
Also the answer you are seeking is "no", technically speaking they need to list it, but they are racing ahead of the law, and using new methods to fuck with food. They are using enzymes, GMO enzymes that are not listed. They process ingredients through methods that are not listed. They fuck around with the "natural" and non natural labels. Some are not additives, some are chemicals and dont need to be listed. They fight for the limits at which some chemicals are tolerated on the label.
Its quite a huge fucking evil industry.
