Is there anyway to repair connections with someone that is under the impression you don't want to talk to them anymore and that you're moving two hours away?
That was the original plan but after sitting down with my housemate I decided to stay at the last moment. I just kinda felt shitty about a situation and the feeling was making me sick, just wanted to get away kinda.

First thing is to try and let things go back to normal. He may be pissed as fuck or otherwise, but just put up with it for the time being. He'll either get over it or he wont.
If he doesnt and wants to address the elephant in the room then you two should have a go at resolving the issue at hand.
However - if the situation becomes worse and your housemate is going to be a dick about it endlessly; then move out. No point putting up with shit forever and you'll get over any guilty feelings eventually.
Also avoid any knee-jerk reactions (like moving out) without thinking things over.
