How do I stop my unhealthy sleeping habits?
It got so bad that i take 10 minute naps on the toilet at work, because i am constantly tired. Even have my own technique, set an alarm for about 15 minutes, take a fresh roll of toilet paper as a pillow and start napping. Usually wake up after 10 minutes from my own snoring. I'm afraid someone will find out. Please help
