How do you get someone to open up to physical touch? I know this

Get her drunk or make a lot of money. I guarantee you she'll open up then.

Ask her why she doesnt like touch. There could be many reasons why she doesnt like touch. This will help you figure out how to work with her.

Maybe it would help if she were able to touch you with no threat of having you touch her back. This could raise her confidence and her feel of having some sort of control of an outcome of the situation between you two.

Her only reasoning is because she isn't a touchy feely person. But personally from what I've gathered she dislikes males touching her because of some abuse in her life.

You probably need to give her some time, she will open up if she trusts you enough.

As someone who was adverse to touch:

Don't force her or try to make it happen. The more you push, the more likely she is to close up. You want to be someone she can trust, someone she feels comfortable with. Encourage her to open up instead of getting upset if she doesn't. It shouldn't be an obligation, it should be something she wants to do because she wants to be closer to you.

You will also probably have to find a middleground that won't be perfect for you. It'll also probably not be perfect for her. A lot of touch for her and not enough for you equals a compromise that both people can work with.
