OP, you're on the internet, you seem to be able to afford wifi and electricity, which probably means you live in a first world country and have a life most would kill for outside of it. Take a step back and look at yourself, no one is garbage, just undeveloped. That same voice that judges you and calls you worthless is the same voice that can and wants to make you into a better person. Just do some self reflection and don't overthink insignificant bullshit, life is too short to waste it all just because at one point you were at an emotional low, you will move on and things will get better if you want them to, trust me.

It's just that I got tired of everything, see? I can't enjoy anything because of that damn depression and seeing so much evil in the world while being completely unable to do anything about it is... It's frustrating. I'm 30 years old and never could get a formal job or a decent, steady romantic partner, either. In fact, I gave up on romance whatsoever so I could focus on the other stuff. Turns out I also suck at the other stuff. I'm a failure.
