The main source of my sadness comes from the fact that my brain refuses to embrace and accept when I feel down because, since I'm high middle class, I shouldn't be allowed to be sad or unsatisfied ever. Any advices on how to stop feeling like this? I just want to get better from my usual sadness, but then this feeling comes and just messes my head up.
